You must be 18 years or older, or with your parents or guardian's permission, to commission me.
I do NOT give permission to use my art to create AI generated content or NFTs.
This T.O.S may be subject to change in the future.

PAYMENT
All payments for commissions are made over PayPal, in USD.
Payment is required in full up-front, and an invoice will be sent to you.
EDITS
You may make changes to your order if I haven't started on it yet.
I will gladly fix any mistakes I may have made.
Don't hesitate to ask me to change something.I will not completely recolor or redraw a commission unless it is for reasons that are my fault.
Do not remove my signature from the art (If you have to, please credit me somehow)
REFUNDS
Please contact me if you wish to discuss a refund. Filing a refund or chargeback through the payment service directly flags me as an untrustworthy vendor and puts a hold on my account. If you do this, you will be blocked and blacklisted.
I can refund up to 95% as long as your card is in the "To Do" section of my public queue. If you are unhappy with the sketch WIP then I can refund 50% upon request. Once the sketch is confirmed, your piece is non-refundable.
I will, however, refund you if for some reason I can not complete the art.
PROCESS
I may sometimes go out of queue order depending on my mood and the difficulty of the piece.
I will send you WIP shots of your commission, including sketch, lines, design/coloring, and finished piece.
When I send you the WIP sketch shot, you are free to request any and all changes.
I will only do small edits/changes to Line art ( unless I got something wrong! then I will fix it. )
When I present you with the finished piece, you still may request small changes, like things I may have missed or forgotten about.
COPYRIGHT & REPRODUCTION
Do not claim the artwork as your own.
I retain the copyright to commissioned artwork and reserve the right to display the artwork on my websites, social media, portfolio etc, unless discussed otherwise.
The commissioned piece is for personal use only!
The commissioner may use it in any non-commercial way: Profile pictures, Wallpapers, Print for their own use, etc.Commissions from me with the intent of commercial use must be discussed beforehand.
If you're going to re-upload my artwork somewhere else, ALWAYS credit me
